CalciVite Plus 1 Litre
CalciVite Plus is a fully water-soluble liquid calcium, vitamin D3 and magnesium supplement for pigeons, caged and aviary birds. It was developed by avian veterinarians to supplement diets that may be deficient in these important nutrients.
Calcium deficiency may contribute to thin or soft-shelled eggs, poor growth in young birds, egg binding and post-laying paralysis. The calcium is supplied in a readily soluble proteinate form, while vitamin D3 supports calcium uptake.
Directions for use
Mix 10 mL per litre of drinking water, or pour 2.5 mL over one cup of soaked seed. Individual bird dose: 2 drops per 100 g body weight.
Active constituents
Calcium as calcium proteinate 33 g/L; vitamin D3 25,000 IU/L; magnesium sulphate 0.5 g/L.
Storage
Store below 30°C (room temperature). Protect from light.
