I.D. Yeast 400 g
I.D. Yeast is an inactive dried yeast seed additive for racing pigeons. Rich in vitamin B and protein, it is a fine yellow powder with a sweet smell and has been sterilised to remove bacterial contaminants.
It is used as a nutritional and conditioning supplement during breeding, youngster development, moulting and competition. During breeding, it supports the production of robust young birds ready for weaning.
Directions for use
Add 3 teaspoons (measure enclosed) per kilogram of seed. First moisten the grain with vegetable oil at ½–1 mL per kilogram of seed. It can be used with Polyseed Oil or Garlic Oil. Prepare immediately before feeding.
Typical analysis
Protein: 45–50%. Vitamin B complex includes thiamine B1, riboflavin B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine B6, folic acid and biotin.
Storage
Store below 30°C (room temperature) in a dry place. Best used within 24 months of manufacture.
